I recently discovered the magic that is Warby Parker. In these days where e-commerce and subscription services are popping up left and right, the best ones are distinguished by their levels of customer service. Paying for shipping? Long delivery times? Shoddy product? I don’t think so! Warby Parker is revolutionizing the eyewear business online.
I think buying glasses online is even harder than buying clothes online because of how unique everyone’s face shape is. They have to frame your face just right. Who has time to drive around and try on pairs with our busy lives?! (Hello 50+ hour weeks) Warby has created the Home Try-On program where you pick 5 pairs of glasses that you’re interested in, and they’ll ship it to you for free. You have 5 days to try on the frames and decide which ones you’d like to order. You can then ship back the samples for free. FREE is always good in my book! There’s also a Virtual Try-On feature where you can upload a picture of yourself to see how the frames would fit on your face digitally.
They offer free shipping and free returns and you can get glasses or sunglasses for only $95! Plus they’re a charitable company. Like TOMS, who gives away a pair of shoes for every pair sold, Warby Parker gives a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair that is sold. That is major!
Check out a few of my fave styles from their Summer 2014 collection.
I absolutely love anything leopard for sunglasses. Especially since I wear all black a lot, I like to spice up the outfit with my accessories. For eyeglasses, I prefer long, thin rectangular frames to counteract my very oval face shape. For even more styles, check out their eyeglasses & sunglasses on their easy to use site!
